Founded by a dedicated group of local investors, Anthony Wayne Theater is a non-profit organization 501(c)3 committed to preserving the historic theater of the same name. We aim to maintain this community landmark as a vibrant cultural hub for generations to come.
Inspired by the successful preservation of the Seville Theater, which became the Bryn Mawr Film Institute, our non-profit is following in their footsteps to save the Anthony Wayne Theater. Their journey from derelict cinema to state-of-the-art film institute is a testament to the power of community action and preservation efforts.
